Job Description:

Are you a skilled Welder looking to take your career to the next level? Swanson Brothers Inc is currently seeking a motivated Welder Fabricator to join our team in Buxton, ND. As a Welder at Swanson Brothers Inc, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in welding and fabrication while working alongside a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing welding duties using various techniques and equipment
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to execute welding projects
  • Operating and maintaining welding tools and machinery

  • Prompt and dependable attendance
  • Requires minimal help from supervisor on new tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Welder in an industrial setting
  • Certification in welding techniques is a plus
  • Performs flat and horizontal welding
  • Knowledge of material identification and proper tool utilization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities
  • Must be willing to travel
